Wow big boy - I know the shots are hard - the first time I cried along with him. I would say it gets easier but I don't think so. There is something heart wrenching about having them look at you as if you have betrayed them. They seek you to help and you can't. I tell you it is like a gut punch.
I guess it is a part of love being the mommy though :)
